The team was faced with the task of creating an individual project of the house in the conditions of a typical plan of cottage houses.
The facade and architecture should not stand out too much against the background of the general development, but have a personal character, taking into account all the wishes of the customer.
We wanted to create a “living” house that would facilitate the joint pastime of adults and children, guests and owners of the house.
Therefore, we planned the space in such a way that being in the living room or kitchen, you can always see what is outside the window and communicate with what is happening.
The terrace became the buffer zone between the interior and the landscape.
This solution serves both as a comfortable transit and a logical continuation of the site, as well as a full-fledged recreation area for a large company.
