We present to your attention our new project in Dubai! Simplicity and conciseness of lines are the groundwork of our new architecture. The basis of the facades is noble travertine, the color of which favorably emphasizes the Arab reality. Tall windows overlook the main outlet of the Dubai summer – the pool. Once in this space, you can feel how architecture affects the perception of space. When creating this concept, the wishes of the customer for a modern, but cozy space for him and his family were taken into account. Each room was built according to the wishes of each family member. Also, we create the rooms for separate time spending for the female and male half of the family. One of the main motives of this architecture is modernity in the Dubai heat. Particular attention was paid to seating by the pool.
