Our first architectural project in a new market for us. When creating the concept, I really wanted to combine the local Arabic flavor with futuristic forms. A completely new vision of architecture. Work on the project began with the client setting the task of creating something unique and original, so that it would emphasize his character and respectability, while remaining clear and comfortable, from landscape design to impeccable architecture of the house.
We tried to convey the special atmosphere of the Arab world in streamlined forms and detailed elaboration of the landscape. The garden is an integral part of any Dubai villa. A balanced combination of palms and plumeria, a balance between trees and flowers, as well as a meticulous selection of landscaping – this is the recipe for an oasis in the middle of the desert. In such a place you can hide from the heat and relax your body and soul in the midst of blooming greenery.
All architectural forms were designed to meet the needs of the customer’s family. The main emphasis was placed on windows and facades. The task was to convey the effect of transparency and lightness through the architecture.
